Service Description

Daybreak Flower Garden and Cosmic Heart Yoga and Wellness team up for “Flower Power Yoga!” A unique evening to nourish the body and soul! We will start with receiving our own special message from a flower, which you are invited to use as your intention for an hour-long lakeside flower-inspired yoga practice (rain or shine) by serene Shipman Lake. Followed by a “Build Your Own Flower Bouquet” activity with beautiful home-grown flowers by Sue with Daybreak flower garden to take home and enjoy! Register for one session or come for all three!
